The Zero Diet

Whether it be the New Year, New You parade; or the Get Your Body Beach-Ready party, it feels like there is no escape from the pressure to diet and transform yourself.

Well here’s a wonderful diet you can follow which will leave you feeling fabulous and radiant. It’s called, The Zero Diet. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but believe me, the results are absolutely worth it.

The Zero Diet is based on giving Zero f*cks throughout the day. The more, the better. This starts from the moment you wake up, until you go to sleep that night, which is why it’s one of the toughest diets around. –          AFTERNOON SNACK: Have the damn chocolate bar! And while you’re at it, give Zero f*cks about it.

–          DINNER: Have whatever the hell you like, have seconds, have dessert, have it all! Just don’t forget to include Zero f*cks with it.

–          NIGHT: Relax in bed with a smile on your face, and admire all the f*cks you gave today. That’s right, Zero!
